Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.  All returns must be postmarked within 14-days of purchase date.  Items must be in new and unused condition.  

To start a return, contact us at meltedelegance.returns@gmail.com and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Place the item securely in its original packaging and return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. For your protection, a trackable method is recommended for your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at meltedelegance.returns@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
